If a product is listed as in stock on our website, it’s available and ready to ship.

If I want to place a large order (well beyond current stock levels), how far in advance should I order?
We recommend contacting our customer service at least 10 business days in advance. However, we’ll need to understand your specific needs before making arrangements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I am in a rush. Which products can you ship and fulfill the fastest?
All standard products typically ship within 3–5 business days. If you need something sooner, just let us know—we’re happy to discuss expedited options based on current availability.
Can I include a personalised notecard or other marketing materials in my order or Gift Box?
Absolutely. We’re happy to include your marketing materials at no extra charge. If you'd like us to print the notecards for you, we can do that too—for a small additional fee.
I’m on a budget. What are your most affordable options with no minimums?
Our Single Tea Sachet, Tea Sachet Box, and Tea Tin are our most budget-friendly options—and we offer no minimums on standard (non-customised) gifts.
The Tea
Where is your tea sourced from?
At With Yu, we thoughtfully source our teas seasonally from trusted farms across Taiwan to ensure exceptional quality and flavour.
Has With Yu tea been tested for food safety?
Yes, all of our teas are tested by TFDA-certified laboratories and meet national safety standards.
What types of teas do you sell?
We specialise exclusively in Taiwanese teas—including black, green, and a variety of oolongs. If you're looking to create your own product line, With Yu also offers tea sourcing services. To see our current selection, please explore our teas here.
How do you package the teas?
Our Tea Sachets are premium pyramid teabags, individually sealed in aluminium foil sachets to preserve freshness. Each sachet is biodegradable and plastic-free, made from corn-starch material that maintains the rich flavour and aroma of loose-leaf tea with the ease of a teabag.
Tea Sachets are available in bulk, in individual boxes, or as part of our Gift Box.
We also offer a Tea Tin collection—featuring premium loose leaf tea for those who enjoy a more traditional brewing experience. Each tea is packed in an aluminium foil bag inside a sleek metal tin, protecting the leaves from sunlight and preserving their aroma.
How should I store tea?
All With Yu teas can be stored for up to two years under normal conditions. To enjoy the tea at its best, we recommend finishing it soon after opening. Keep your tea away from moisture, direct sunlight, and strong-smelling items to preserve its original aroma and flavour.
How should I brew tea?

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping fees apply for orders within Taiwan and internationally.
Rates vary by parcel size, weight, and destination, so they’re calculated at checkout (or quoted for corporate/wholesale orders). If you’re sending multiple parcels or need a consolidated estimate, please get in touch and we’ll advise the most cost-efficient option.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, and any additional duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Can you drop ship my order to my recipients?
Yes! We are happy to drop ship your order to your recipients. The cost to drop-ship will be calculated separately for you (extra cost will be by per package + shipping cost).
For drop shipping, you can provide us with a spreadsheet of addresses to obtain a shipping quote on your behalf.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
It depends on your location. We aim to fulfill all orders within 3-5 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive tracking details in your confirmation email. If you need assistance with your order, feel free to contact us.
During peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
What carriers do you use to ship packages?
For orders within Taiwan, we ship via Yamato Transport. For international shipments, we use UPS and SF Express.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just email us at customer@withyu.com.tw, and we’ll be happy to update it for you.If your order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it to the correct one—just note that an additional shipping fee will apply.
How can I track my package once it ships?
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your tea’s journey.If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2–3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Returns
What is your return policy?
At With Yu, our customers are always our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right. You can contact us at customer@withyu.com.tw for assistance.
Anti-Fraud Prevention
How can I avoid scams and protect my personal information when shopping with With Yu?
With Yu will NEVER call you to request ATM operations, ask for your credit card’s customer service number, or require you to provide sensitive bank or credit card information over the phone. If you receive a call, especially from a number with a "+" sign, or anyone claiming to be With Yu customer service asking you to:
• operate an ATM
• provide bank account or credit card details
• handle "order instalment", "failed payments", "change payment method", or "barcode error" by phone
Please be vigilant! This is very likely a scam.
For your safety:
• Always contact us through our official customer service email, Line account, or phone if you have any doubts.
• If you are in Taiwan and receive a suspicious call, you may call the official 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
