To protect your rights and interests, please read our Returns & Support Policy carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service team.
Returns & Exchange Application Process
1. Defective or Incorrect Products
• If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or with abnormal packaging/contents, please contact our customer service within seven (7) days after the day following receipt of your package, via email (customer@withyu.com.tw) or official Line (@withyu). Please provide a complete unboxing video, product photos, and your order information.
• Reminder: Please record the entire unboxing process. The video must start with the package in an unopened state to ensure the rights of both parties.
• Once confirmed, we will provide a one-time free return or exchange service (shipping fees both ways will be covered by With Yu).
2. Non-Personal Returns (within the 7-Day Appreciation Period)
• The product must be brand new and unopened. Applications must be submitted within seven (7) days after the day following receipt; late requests will not be accepted.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Return/Exchange Process
• Contact customer service → Fill out the return application → Receive return code/logistics info → Ship the product back within the specified period.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will complete your refund or arrange for an exchange within seven (7) business days.
Scope and Important Notes
• The appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not open or use the product.
• For health and hygiene reasons, tea and food products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
• If, after returning part of a bundle/discount set, the remaining items do not meet the promotion criteria, the kept items will revert to their original prices. The difference will be deducted from your refund.
• If the amount of kept items falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If your order included a free gift, please return it (unopened and in original condition) together with your return.
• Pre-order and clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
What Does NOT Qualify as a Defect
• The color of the product may vary slightly due to monitor/screen differences. Please refer to the actual product.
• Handmade products may have minor differences in shape or color, which are not considered defects.
Refund Methods
• Credit Card Payment: We will process the refund to your card after confirming the returned item. Please check your latest credit card statement.
• ATM Transfer: Please provide the correct bank account details. Our customer service team will arrange the refund via Line. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment account.
