Shopping Guide
Dear With Yu customers, to protect your rights, please carefully read the following information before making a purchase:
Order Information
1. Please double-check your order details, quantity, payment method, and shipping information before checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, split/combined, or have the payment or shipping method changed.
2. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee reservation of stock; inventory is allocated based on the actual checkout order.
3. After completing checkout and payment, the system will automatically send you order confirmation and shipping notification emails. To check your order status, please have your order number ready and contact customer service.
4. Shipments and deliveries may be delayed during weekends, national holidays, or due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters or logistics disruptions).
5. With Yu reserves the right to accept or cancel orders and to delay shipments at our discretion. We will contact you directly if any special circumstances arise.
6. For group buys, bulk purchases, or corporate customization requests, please email or call us for dedicated service.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. All products are inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact customer service within seven days after receipt, and provide a complete unboxing video, photos, and your order details. Once verified, we will provide a one-time free return or exchange (with shipping costs covered by With Yu).
2. For non-personal reason returns, please apply within the seven-day appreciation period, and products must be in brand-new, unopened condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
3. The appreciation period is not a trial period. For tea and food items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.
Shipping & Payment Information
• Payment Methods: Online credit card (including debit cards), bank transfer.
• Currency: New Taiwan Dollar (NTD).
• Shipping Methods: Yamato (Black Cat) Express (Taiwan), UPS, SF Express, Chunghwa Post (overseas and some areas).
• Shipping Notes: After payment is completed, orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days (excluding special holidays or force majeure circumstances). For urgent orders, please let us know in advance.
Invoices & Other Reminders
1. All product prices include 5% sales tax. We issue electronic invoices (sent via email) in support of environmental sustainability.
2. Product images may appear differently on different screens; please refer to the actual product for color and appearance.
3. With Yu uses PLA eco-friendly corn starch tea bags, which are less durable than common tea bag materials. Please handle carefully and make sure you understand before purchasing.
